Attorney Daniel W. Gehr has been serving Butler County since 1998 as a general practitioner, dealing with many areas of law, including domestic relations, family law, criminal defense and civil litigation.

Daniel W. Gehr earned his law degree from Chase College of Law (Northern Kentucky University) and competed undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University. Although his practice is concentrated in Butler County, Ohio, he is licensed to practice throughout the entire State of Ohio, and is willing to undertake representation in other counties.

The law office of Daniel W. Gehr is dedicated to providing personal service to clients who might otherwise become “just another file” to larger law firms. To the extent possible, most telephone calls are returned the same day, or at least within one business day. The attorney makes all decisions concerning the client’s case, in consultation with the client, and matters are not simply “handed-off” to non-attorney staff for oversight.
